Browns Bonds Hill Collection
Since establishing Browns Bonds Hill in 2009, Ian Orr & Marcus Roulston have expanded the Browns Bonds Hill Collection, spanning from the Northwest to Mid Ulster and the North Coast, to include Browns in Town, Strand Road, Derry ~ Londonderry, Ardtara Country House, Upperlands, Eighteen Ninety Four in Portstewart, and the latest addition, the Bushmills Townhouse, which opened its doors as part of the collection in April 2024.
With a wealth of experience and accolades such as the Restaurant Associations of Ireland’s ‘Best Restaurant in Ulster’ in 2013 and 2016, along with Tourism NI’s ‘Best Food Tourism Experience’ NI in 2017, the Browns Bonds Hill Collection has solidified its reputation as the premier dining and accommodation destination in the region.
