Since establishing Browns Bonds Hill in 2009, Ian Orr & Marcus Roulston have opened Browns in Town, Strand Road, Derry ~ Londonderry, Ardtara Country House Hotel & Restaurant, Upperlands and Eighteen Ninety Four in Portstewart.

With a wealth of experience and awards such as the Restaurant Associations of Ireland ‘Best Restaurant in Ulster’ 2013 & 2016 and winner of Tourism NI’s ‘Best Food Tourism Experience’ NI 2017, the Browns Bonds Hill Collection is firmly established as the best in the Northwest.

As a team we work hard at creating unique experiences, our extensive calendar of events and menus provide customers with a variety of dining options, all with excellent food, genuine hospitality and unpretentious service.
