Food & Beverage Staff 

Location: Eighteen Ninety Four Portstewart

Due to planned growth and expansion at Eighteen Ninety Four, we require experienced waiting staff.  The ideal candidate will be required to undertake front of house duties, meeting and greeting customers, waiting on tables and bar work. Experience and knowledge of food and drink and great interpersonal skills will be key in your job role.

Part time positions are available; candidates must be flexible and able to work weekends and evenings on a rota basis. A full training programme will be provided however we are seeking those who can work very well as part of a Team, take and follow instruction, show initiative and have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Chef de Partie

Location: Browns in Town

Join our great team of young chefs and learn under the guidance of our Head Chef who leads the team in preparing high standards of food for our fine dining restaurant.

A great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food like we are and is keen to learn as they work.

Two years’ experience preferred, training will be provided, however candidates must have a flair for food.

Kitchen porter

Location: Ardtara Country House, Upperlands

Responsible for assisting in a busy Kitchen. Working closely with the Head Chef and team, in ensuring basic cleaning jobs are carried out efficiently and quickly. Collect and wash all necessary pots, pans and equipment to ensure the Chefs can move quickly onto the next task.

Responsible for cleaning food preparation areas and equipment and unloading food and equipment deliveries. Keep storeroom organised, clean and tidy, empty bins and ensure all work surfaces, wall, floor are maintained to a high cleanliness standard and sanitised.

A key role in our team, you will when necessary assist in other areas of the Kitchen in preparation of food.

30 – 40 hours per week
